Here’s where we are as a society. You have a judge, making one parent pay for a parental assessment at no one’s asking but the judge, and the other parent who has control, custody and care of the child has to show no competence. Does that not seem backward? And the punchline is there’s “joint custody” as the family court judge feels like interpreting it, meaning: I’m unalloyed to even speak with my daughter because of the imagination of a sociopath.
