If you're from the South you know how to shag. And that doesn't mean what you think. Or maybe it does.
  • Personal

Thoughts, events and news about me. Probably the least-used category, hopefully.

  • Writing

I write a lot. This is where I write about writing in an inceptionesque manner. I make up words, too.

  • Music

My music interests about my own and other people’s interests in music.

  • 3D Printing

[caption id="attachment_25141" align="aligncenter" width="1065"] Here’s what I’m starting out with[/caption] 3D Printing is what this is about, specifically my dive into the world of it along with my daughter. It’s been years in the making, but finally here in Jun 2021 I bought one and it’s off to the races.

  • Humour

Welcome to the Chuckle Hut. What defines “funny” is as personal as your underwear, so I don’t pretend that what I put here is going to split everyone’s sides. But it’s stuff I find funny, in my own weird style and thought. And it includes my own writing that may or may not constitute humor, or “humour” depending on how stuffy your sense of funny is. I find British ha-ha more times funnier than American. This is due to how lowbrow American humor has become. And profane. And with how “woke” some Americans have found themselves, it has eroded any sense of hilarity anywhere. Comedy and laughter have been canceled. Therefore, “humour” may be all that’s left.

  • Computery Stuff

Computers are a part of humankind now, I think it’s safe to say. I have always been curious about them, and always wanted to know programming and learn as much as I can. With design, the internet, robotics, 3D printing, and everything that’s connected to them, it’s imperative to me to know as much as possible. Which is a huge job. But here I lay out what I’m learning, think is interesting, and find to be worthwhile to write about. It’s a broad topic, to be sure. But life is broad. I manage both as best as I can.

  • Business & Politics

As with everyone, I have opinions about politics and business. My lenses are my own, as are everyones. I have an MBA, an English degree, and have been following politics since I was in my single digits due to a family that worked in a Presidential administration. SO it’s always been front of mind, and it’s gotten crazier with each year. I know a lot about business and politics. I have credentials to back up that statement. So my opinions, while always my own, are based upon things I can cite and evidence. They aren’t fantasy and hearsay. That isn’t meant to say I want to debate. But if you do, that’s fine. What. post here I try to be non-partisan about and reasonable, prudent, and thoughtful about. I’m not a knee-jerk type of person and deliberate before posting. That’s my disclaimer.
