The mother did not contact the Children’s Safe Haven as instructed, within 7 days to begin the intake process so I might see our daughter again.
I contacted her attorney and alerted him to this fact. He must have notified his client of ignoring her duties and responsibilities regarding our child and allowing her to visit with her father.
An appointment was scheduled for me to see our daughter the next night for an hour. This was after a month of not being able to see her at all.
