My 48th birthday! As my big present, my wife gives me a coupon to go on a Biplane ride for 2. I find this curious, as she’s never shown an interest in this. Who is to be the 2nd person? We’ll never know or find out. No party, dinner, or card. Just a printed-out coupon from the printer. My heart floweth over with love.

July 23: My “Contempt of Court” Motion I filed Hearing Day Arrives
I should start uploading the motions and evidence I supply for each of these hearings to accompany these announcements. It’s really piling up around here. Tuesday, July 20 I believe was when. went and filed 2 more motions. 1 being the one to speak with the judge about the matters at the Children’s Safe Haven, which are out of control. The other, being a Motion to bifurcate the 2 mutually exclusive cases we have going on that have 2 case numbers, with two different codes to keep them separate and the judge herself told me last week they have nothing to do with one another. Right before she decided to combine the two into me and kick them as far into the future as possible, Being September 8. Basically almost 2 months away. That’s supposed to solve matters better, in the wisdom of our legal system. My stance is each second that passes more…
I’m a Motion Filing Machine
As directed by the helpful people in the Clerk of Court’s office and the very unhelpful Case Manager handling my daughter’s case, I went and filed two motions today. I’m getting to be on a first-name basis with the people at the CoC’s office, I’m spending so much time filing motions lately. But that’s everyone’s answer to “get something done.”…
The Children’s Safe Haven Goes on a Power Trip
The people at the Children’s Safe Haven have abused their power. When I was there and the hour I was allowed to see my daughter was up, I was cleaning up for them, wiping the table and chairs down with a sanitary wipe. Which THEY GAVE ME. My daughter was standing next to me and I noticed she still had blue paint in her hair which has been there over two weeks. That means she hasn’t been getting regular baths. So as she stood below me I dabbed the blue paint with the wipe the CSH GAVE ME to see if it was indelible or what. At the same time, I saw the supervisor writing in her notes. The supervisor then left with my daughter to return her with her mother. I waited behind. When she got back I asked what she wrote down and why. She said she wrote that I had wiped her hair with a sanitary wipe, and that was inappropriate. She didn’t make a note that it was inappropriate. Just that I…
Some Progress and a Visit with Cecelia
OK. Today things went a little better, although I had a tangle with the young lady at the Childres Safe Haven over a bit of total bureaucratic nonsense and uncalled-for attitude on her part. I went to the Clerk Of Court and explained what had happened. They said the judge hadn’t scheduled anything or written any motions or orders for the future. Go figure. So I was able to file a motion to redocket, for July 22, which is a motion to lift the supervised access with Cecelia. That will be huge. The Clerk said they would provide a notice to the Petitioner’s office, although I believe I will provide an email just before that date to remind Mr. Helmer he may want to…
Motion Hour Finally Arrived
I showed up for the scheduled motion hour with the judge today, and MIRACULOUSLY, Casey’s lawyer popped in via Zoom. So glad he could spare the time. But I got fim-flammed. The judge said she wanted to ball up the domestic abuse and contempt of court issues into one, which just last week she said definitively were 2 separate issues, which they are. And Helmers, Casey’s lawyer who is what eats what scum purges after digesting, was all about it, and next thing we know we have a NEW court date for………………………….September 8! How is that going to solve matters better? Answer- it…
Cecelia’s 6th Birthday
Today was Cecelia’s 6th birthday. I didn’t get to tell her happy birthday, see her, talk to her or anything. Just like last year. For her 5th birthday, her mother decided she just didn’t feel like letting me wish her happy birthday, facetime with her or speak with her or mail her a present. This year was my legal year to be with her. But because of Casey’s decisions, Cecelia and I were apart once again, with no way to contact each other. I mailed…
July 8, 2021 – The BIG DAY!
Today was going to be THE DAY to ask the judge to dismiss the case and lift the supervised access. Afer waiting 3 hours and being the VERY LAST person she called, once again, I was able to speak with her for a few minutes before being whisked away. I have the feeling her priority is either lunch or seeing how far she can delay matters. She rescheduled the hearing for July 29. Which is the time I’m supposed to be moving out of my house. And 3 weeks away, as if 3 weeks isn’t going to cause massive destruction of the relationship that’s being hacked away already between me and Cecelia. Motion hour on Monday for Casy’s contempt of court filings.
Supervised Visitation #5 with Cecelia
I was permitted to visit with my daughter for the 5th hour in nearly over two months today. yay. Thanks to a series of retarded events with the judge and court, I won’t be able to ask for a dismissal and lift the supervised access, which is stupid and torturous, until July 8. But I got to see Cecelia today and talk to her off the record, which was something, sadly. The “supervisor” always talks on the phone 98% of the time which allows us to whisper to each other like prisoners held in a concentration camp. She’s getting bigger, and complained of being tired, which I could tell It must be snowing in Hell For…
I had Motion Hour
I had motion hour today at 11:30. The other party or her attorney didn’t show up. After waiting several hours and being called, I was sent packing again. The judge remanded my motion because she said I had no legal basis for filing a motion for child neglect, despite there being stitches in Cecelia’s head, bruises and scabs down her back from falling down the stairs, testimony from the Children’s Safe Have about her having bugs, roaches, and mice in her bed, having to sleep in the basement, not being allowed to sit on her mother’s lap and a long list of distressing situations….
